    Description

Up for your consideration is one of the most popular notes with collectors, the 1864 0 Confederate note. Printed by Keatinge & Ball in Columbia, SC. Dated February 17th 1864. Conservatively graded to be in VERY FINE condition.
The only note to feature the great General Thomas Jonathan "Stonewall" Jackson, who was the most highly regarded Confederate Commander under General Robert E. Lee during the Civil War.
Darker red underprint. High serial number of 37140 stamped on each side. Crisp paper with just over a handful of light folds scattered across the paper showing this note did not just sit in a bank vault during the War. Clean without any stains. NO tears. The details remain clear. No pinholes.
Nicely cut with nearly a full borderline visible. Trimmed just a bit tight at the top right corner while having extra margin at the lower right showing a portion of the next note on the sheet.
A circulated, problem free note that presents very well in hand, and should meet or exceed your expectations. Your satisfaction is always guaranteed.
