1950's Miniature Lift-Arm Lighter in Box - Japan NOS - Cloisonné Enamel

This auction is for one 1950's Miniature Lift-Arm Lighter in the mini box. This is New Old Stock (NOS), opened for the first time to take these photos. It came out of the master carton shown in last photo but NOT included in this listing. Lighter has Cloisonné Enamel decoration around all sides picturing Mt. Fuji and a Dragon. A small chain is connected to the lighter with a tiny bell. Marked "Ray-Lite Japan" on the bottom. The flint has turned to dust and the wheel spins freely. Unused condition.
