“If you knew time as I do,”
Said the hatter,
“You wouldn’t talk about wasting it!”
“Hatter” a bohemian Victorian style dresser, is  approximately 22 inch tall (depending on how tall the hat is made.)
The  pattern is 38 pages long and consists of all the elements of his clothing, including hat and cotton reel sash, along with step-by-step photos and instructions, including how to paint his face.
Get some ideas from Pinterest for his embellishments.
‘Hatter’ is socially unconventional in an artistic way.  His job is to be very entertaining, with his bright and happy appearance – dispelling doom and gloom, as he was designed and made during the Covid Lockdown.  He brightens the lookout for the future of a world that is forever changed!
I hope you enjoy making this interesting character and be limited only by imagination about how to dress him.  Of course, he needn’t be a Hatter.  He could be anyone!  Imagine!
