This pattern was sold by Little Old Lady Originals, copyright 1982.  Designed by Elinor Peace Bailey, it is called Shady Lady and Dapper Dan.  The dolls are 27" toll and a definite Victorian look about them.  The pattern is uncut and factory folded, with absolutely no signs of use.
Lots of detail in Elinor Peace Bailey designs, so you will need patience and an eye for all the details that make the dolls unique.
