This is made out of solid steel.
Check your alignment, it will save your coupler and gimbal bearing.
Every time you have the drive off you should check alignment or if you have pulled or adjusted the engine.
This tool replaces the following part numbers: MerCruiser - P/N 91-805475A1 & 91-57797A3, Volvo SX - P/N 3851083, OMC Cobra - P/N 18-4442

This tool will work for all bravos, omc cobras, all #1 drives made from 1966 to now including pre alpha(r), alpha 1 "mr" and gen 2.
Tool comes with black oxide finish preventing corrosion to assure many years of service.
This requires a hole drilled in your alignment tool.
You will need an Engine Alignment Tool to use this tool.
