We guarantee that all the products we sell are exactly as they are described on our listing and look exactly like the picture we posted. We also carefully package every product to protect its integrity. The item must be in its original condition and its contents in the same size, volume or quantity as it has been received.
After the 30-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to inspect the product in the first two weeks after receiving their purchase to ensure that if there are concerns, we are able to resolve any issue within the 30 day period.
