Colored pencils are made by kneading pigments with wax, oils and fats, and putting a dried color core in the shaft. Holbein Artist Colored Pencils are oil-based colored pencils that are softly molded with finely selected pigments and are tuned to meet the high demands of professionals. As a coloring material, it has excellent quick-shooting ability to apply the required colors one after another without getting your hands dirty.
