    Photos show front and back of this small butter dish or trinket tray. It was made by the now defunct Indiana Glass company in Jay County, Indiana.
    It has a reproduction of De Vinci's The Last Supper with an ornate edge showing grapes and leaves.
    The Last Supper part is smooth on front of dish and textured on back while the edge is textured glass on front and smooth on back.
