As you guys already knew, IMCO Austria closed their business back in June, 2012. I used to sell original IMCO (Made in Austria) for .95/ each in 2009. In 2013, Japanese company Windmill bought the IMCO Trademark.
These IMCO lighters that I’m selling are NOT OLD STOCK AUSTRIA MADE IMCO, but made by the same machinery with the same craftsmanship. In fact, the old version IMCO was made out of
nickel plated carbon steel
which is more likely to rust. These new ones are made of
304 stainless steel
which makes the lighter shiny and also improves its corrosion resistance.
