    This device is simple and so is it's purpose.  It is a digispark attiny85 microcontroler programed to literally be a computer mouse.  When inserted into a computers USB port it will move the mouse cursor random distances at random intervals.  This effectually keeps both your logon (Windows, Mac, etc) and your media sessions (MS Teams, Zoom, Webex, Skype, etc) active.  This prevents the screenlock from becoming active as well as keep your activity or presence status to show as available.  To stop this random movement, simply remove the device from your computer.
