    You are looking at a CONT-LITE Vintage CAMERA LIGHTER w/ Tripod. This lighter was made in Occupied Japan, meaning between 1945 and 1952, over 70 years old. I do not know if it works or not. It does need a good cleaning and oiled, it states "oil here" on the lens. Thanks for looking!
