This is a really cool Wellington-Balboa branded flat advertising cigarette lighter for Equipoise Card Club Casino in Sacramento California.  (EXCELLENT DOUBLE SIDED COLOR GRAPHICS) This VERY rare lighter retains most all of its bright colors with the exception of some VERY light handling wear (see pics). The chrome is bright and shiny with light wear as well (see pics). This very unique piece appears to have NEVER been fired. Displays quite nicely.
