Vintage Horsman 1960's Mary Poppins Vinyl Fashion Doll with Wardrobe Incomplete

Vintage Horsman 1960's Mary Poppins Vinyl Fashion Doll with Wardrobe-missing items and some damage. Only one complete pair of shoes, missing one black shoe and one white shoe, and any items not seen in photos. Found at estate sale. No foul odors. I've gently had washed the clothing. Hair looks like it is still in original bun.  Hat (missing elastic cord, crushed and has holes) and hosiery (have runs) have condition issues. White dress is missing button on the back and perhaps a pink flower or two. Only one complete set of shoes and one of them have damage to the toe, see photo. The white/pink dress has a tear on the back under the arm, see photo close up. The umbrella has rips on one section. Stockings and umbrella are in the roughest shape and may not be salvageable. That being said the doll herself is in nice condition and most of the clothing items are in decent condition.
