    This is a really cool Wellington Balboa branded flat advertising cigarette lighter for National Old Line Insurance Company of Little Rock Arkansas. (EXCELLENT DOUBLE SIDED COLOR GRAPHICS) This RARE lighter retains most all of its bright coloring with some light handling wear (see pics). The chrome is bright and shiny with some wear as well (see pics). This unique piece appears to have NEVER been fired. Displays nicely.
