Vintage Phillips "66" Gas and Oil flat advertising lighter HTF NICE LQQK

This is a really cool Excello branded flat advertising cigarette lighter for Phillips "66" Gas and Oil. "Swans Service"  (VERY NICE COLOR GRAPHICS) This RARE lighter retains most all of its bright coloring with a few of spots of paint flaking especially on the back (see pics). The chrome is bright and shiny but shows some corrosion as well (see pics). This unique piece appears to have been fired. Displays nicely.
