This is a really cool Barlow branded MINI windproof advertising cigarette lighter for Ray Leon Cadillac of Picayune Mississippi (NICE CADILLAC LOGO GRAPHICS) This rare lighter retains most all of its bright colors with light pocket wear from age (see pics). The tank shows very little scratching or paint loss (see pics). Cap snaps open and closed good. This unique piece appears to have NEVER been fired. Displays quite nicely.
