    Orig vintage tabletop cigarette lighter thats glass with sterling silver collar and cap..its marked Frank Whiting Sterling... condition is very good with no wear or damages glass is clean and bright...the flint wheel spins with no spark..have not tried it with fluid so cant say if it will works....its 2 1/2" dia x 2 " h..looks and displays well and is guaranteed original and authentic ....Shipping is via USPS in US and overseas…..always glad to combine on multiple buys when possible
