This is a really cool Excello branded flat advertising cigarette lighter for "Classic" Photo Service Incorporated of Newark New Jersey (NICE COLOR GRAPHICS) This rare lighter retains most all of its bright colors with normal pocket wear from age (see pics). The chrome is bright and shiny but shows wear and corrosion (see pics). NOTE: Missing a fill screw. This unique piece appears to have been fired. Displays quite nicely.
