The pin part that attaches to the ribbon needs to be sewn back on as one of the threaded parts is off. The ribbon is folded over from years of storage. I have up for sale a very nice vintage original WWII German Eastern Front Ostvolk 2nd Class Decoration for Bravery or Merit . Non Sword variation with faded gold finish and original green ribbon w red stripes. The ribbon is folded over from years of storage and the back part of the pin needs to be sewn back on as the threads have torn.
This is an Authentic piece purchased from an old WWII vet many years back.
